I don't know where to ask a question so I'm posting it on the newest entry I can find.
I have a Toshiba 50HP66 Plasma that had the strobing problem and could see the input menu when I turned it on though it was in the wrong place.
I replaced the YSUS and am now getting multiple vertical bars shown here ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFB7uy8zBkE ).
Can the Y buffers cause that? I took them off and have shorts to ground across the pins of 3 ribbon connectors on one board and 4 on the other so suspect they are bad.
I'm just wondering if they are the cause of the bars or will I have to look for another problem.
